Snow College Activity Center Upgrade

The project required the addition of a continuous
footing and foundation along side the existing
foundation, in order to support a new veneer brick
system applied to the face of the existing concrete block. Epoxy dowels were used extensively for the veneer system attachment. The existing roof was removed from the building ( contained asbestos) and the underlying metal decking received additional welding to meet current seismic codes. Landscape restoration as well as interior painting were also included in the scope of work.
