This project included the replacement of the plumbing
and mechanical system for the pool and the building.
The scope also included the seismic upgrade of the
roof structure, replacement of roof decking, new shear
connections, re-welding the existing deck, sandblasting
the entire roof structure and re-coating the underside of
the roof structure and deck.
